About Me
I began my professional career roughly 20 years ago at Manning & Napier Advisors, Inc. in Rochester followed by a stint as a trust manager at Trustco Bank in the Albany area.  I began my legal career in my hometown of Rochester with the Tax Department at Underberg & Kessler, LLP.  After several years, I moved my practice to Harter Secrest & Emery LLP where I first worked in the firm’s Tax Department and then transferred to the Business Unit.  As an associate in the Business Unit, I was able to work on a variety of corporate, partnership and transactional matters.  My professional career has been one of continuous learning experiences and forms the basis of my ability to assist organizations with their various legal needs.

I believe in the potential of our community.  As such, I’ve become involved in organizations that help people help themselves.  After serving on the board and as a past president of Literacy Volunteers of Rochester, Inc., I remain involved in the organization through their Advisory Committee.  I also donate time to SCORE and area Small Business Development Centers by giving presentations at educational seminars.

I graduated from Brighton High School, Franklin & Marshall College, and University at Buffalo School of Law.  I reside in Brighton with my wife and three children. In my free time, I enjoy spending time with my family, golfing, running, basketball and all aspects of baseball.
